Valuing Our Workforce (VOW) is an independent online psychosocial and systemic mentoring resource working to improve the experiences of Black, South Asian, and racially minoritised social work practitioners across the UK. VOW provides a reflexive space to think things through and offers 1:1 mentoring support for those experiencing challenges and dilemmas in the workplace. The service is free to practitioners and forms part of continuing professional development (CPD).
