Complaints Process
VOW is committed to providing reflective, respectful, and professional support. Feedback is welcomed as part of maintaining safe, ethical, and effective practice.
If a practitioner, organisation, or participant is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they are encouraged to raise concerns informally in the first instance wherever possible. Many concerns can be resolved through open and respectful conversation.
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing by email and include:
- the nature of the concern,
- relevant dates or circumstances,
- and the outcome being sought where appropriate.
VOW will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and aim to respond fairly, respectfully, and confidentially.
Complaints will be reviewed carefully and may result in:
- clarification,
- further discussion,
- review of practice,
- or changes to service delivery where appropriate.
VOW is committed to learning, accountability, and continuous reflective practice.
