Cancellation Policy

VOW understands that unexpected circumstances may arise and aims to approach cancellations with flexibility and understanding.

Where possible, practitioners are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled mentoring or supervision session.

If a practitioner is unable to attend a session without prior notice, remaining sessions may still be offered depending on individual circumstances and service capacity.

VOW reserves the right to rearrange sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Where this happens, alternative arrangements will be offered wherever possible.

For workshops or organisational bookings, cancellation arrangements and fees will be agreed at the point of booking.
